We are looking for a JavaScript developer to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have experience implementing JavaScript applications with an emphasis on optimization, API design and architecture.
Responsibilities
Build, test, and maintain JS based integrations between various software packages to our core product.
Optimize applications for speed, reliability, and scalability
Collaborate with other team members to ensure common coding practices and approaches
Skills & Qualifications
1 year of non-browser based JavaScript development.
A basic understanding of REST API principles
Secure coding practices
Source control (Git preferred)
Asynchronous HTTP request handling
Preferred skills:
Familiarity with Azure Function Apps
Node.js
Logistics-industry background
